Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of grantry.ai ("grantry", "we", "us"). By using grantry, you agree to these terms.
Service
grantry provides a dashboard and MCP-compatible gateway that lets teams connect third-party provider accounts and grant AI agents controlled access to those connections.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accounts, provider connections, agents, prompts, and automation workflows you configure.
- You must have the right to connect each third-party account and authorize the requested OAuth scopes.
- You must not use grantry to violate laws, provider terms, security controls, or the rights of others.
- You are responsible for reviewing agent actions and keeping credentials, account access, and workspace membership current.
Third-party providers
Provider APIs, accounts, data, rate limits, scopes, and permissions are controlled by the relevant third-party provider. grantry does not control those providers and is not responsible for provider availability, policy changes, or permission decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass authorization checks, access another user's data, reverse engineer the service, overload the service, or use grantry for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information and provider data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, grantry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of grantry after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
